The sun's rays are as damaging to your hair as they are to your skin, this is why it is always advisable to use hair conditioner to keep your hair in good condition. However, do not abuse of hair conditioner, we advise you to use it up to three times per week maximum, and do not apply it on the roots.
When washing your hair, take water temperature also into account, as too hot water can be damaging. Same happens with hot hairdryers; if you need to use a hairdryer, it is better to use a cold hairdryer. In any case, we suggest drying your hair naturally, and if you use a towel, do it softly.

Other hair care tips

If you massage your hair softly after the shower, you will stimulate blood flow, contributing to a better hair condition. Try to avoid the use of hair styling products, such as mousses and gels. If you want to use them, follow the same procedure as with hair conditioner: apply them only to the ends of your hair, not on the roots.
